  Terrible service. 1. I bought a screen protector with a "lifetime" guarantee from here. 11 months later.... they tell me that phone and protector is outdated and they no longer carry those products. Sorry... Not sorry. 2. Situation 1 also happened to my wife 2 years later. 3. Told me my Verizon phone was locked when i tried to sell it. Found out that is wasnt unlocked when i called VERIZON customer service. 4. They only have one response to a phone hardware/software malfunction...."Do a factory reset." Wow...you guys are awesome. When i go to the mechanic with a car issue, he doesn't tell me to get a new engine everytime. $990 for a Samsung note 8 here. $636 @ best buy. Everything her is over priced because they want you to believe it's a Verizon Store. It's not. Just a retailer. Just go to Ankeny or somewhere else.
